The Bulawayo Club is like stepping back in time with its polished floors, wooden panelling, and leather armchairs. The staff are warm, welcoming, and polite. The breakfast is like a home-cooked meal with a full cooked English breakfast and toast. The hotel is centrally located in the city center.
No complaints - felt comfortable throughout my stay.

I chose to stay at Club because of its convenient location near the Natural History Museum of Zimbabwe. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. the presence of two bars/lounges and a coffee shop/cafe made it easy for me to enjoy a refreshing drink or grab a snack whenever I wanted.
Only real downside is the Dress Code policy for the Bar area Downstairs. Even when empty it was enforced, Meaning several people had to eat in the Atrium outside the Bar.

The Bulawayo Club is a historical gem, full of colonial heritage and charm. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The location in the center of Bulawayo is perfect for exploring the town. The dining room offers a taste of faded elegance with delicious food. The rooms, although being updated, still have a touch of antique charm.
Nothing, all great.

Spent New Year's Eve in a hotel playing host to a variety of artefacts from the colonial era which added a unique charm to the whole stay. The food was simply delicious and prices very affordable. The wine really stood out as well, and we enjoyed the variety of good quality wines available. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to local amenities and attractions. The staff remained exceedingly polite and courteous throughout our stay.
The restaurant closed a bit too early and we had a hard time paying by card. The city council could take better care of the car park area adjacent to the hotel, which collected garbage due to local traders using the space irresponsibly.

I recently stayed at this historical building in a great location. The colonial charm was evident, with antique furniture and history everywhere. The dining room exuded faded elegance and the food was delicious. The staff was polite and respectful, especially the reception staff. The whole place felt like a living museum, with all its quirks. The rooms are being updated, and our room had a convenient walk-in shower. A wonderful experience overall.
Would be happy to recommend.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-maintained Art Deco lift to the monogrammed table wear. The location is fantastic, accessed via a gated lane and overlooking the street, providing a charming setting where guests can enjoy a drink and soak in the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome and ensuring your needs are met.
The rooms could benefit from a bit more cleaning and upkeep, especially when compared to European standards. However, this does not greatly impact the overall experience and is generally acceptable for a hotel of this nature.

The historic atmosphere of this hotel is really something special. It's like stepping back in time to a different era. The decor and furnishings are all authentic and show the hotel's history. , the staff is very welcoming and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. And the location is perfect for exploring the city's main attractions.
There were some downsides to the hotel. The lack of air conditioning made the rooms uncomfortably hot at times, and the fans provided were old and loud.
